Who goes where, by part of town
The feeder pattern residents report for each of the seven parts of Oviedo in our neighborhoods guide. Zones follow the street, not the subdivision, so treat this as the shortlist and the district's search as the answer.

Enroll in four steps
What a family moving to Oviedo does, in order, with the district page for each step.
Seminole County assigns every address to an elementary, middle and high school. Type yours into the district's School Zone Search; do not go by the nearest building or the neighborhood's reputation.
New families request an SCPS enrollment account, then complete the online application. Kindergartners must be 5 on or before September 1 of the school year.
Three proofs of residence: a deed, homestead exemption or lease; a current electric bill or service order; and a driver license, car registration or voter card at the same address. First-time Florida students also need a birth certificate, a recent physical and the DH 680 immunization form.
The zoned school completes registration and placement once the online application is in. Partin, Walker and Geneva Elementary offer Central Enrollment help appointments.
Bioscience at Oviedo High or AI at Hagerty? Apply Oct 1 to Dec 1.
