Mister O1 for a star-shaped splurge
The Star Luca is the reason to plan a Mister O1 trip. For $20.99 you get a 13-inch star-shaped pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce, spicy salami Calabrese, and basil. If you want a vegetable-first version, the Star Michele is the same $20.99 and swaps the salami for spinach, zucchini, and roasted pepper puree. A classic 13-inch cheese runs $15.99, and a small 8-inch cheese is $8.99.
This is walk-in-only with no reservations. Current hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Mister O1 is at 10 Alexandria Blvd., Suite 5, in Oviedo, and the official location page has both pickup and delivery buttons. If you’re planning a group of six or more, the menu posts a 20% gratuity, so budget that into the split. The phone number is 321-461-6170.
Café Panuzzo’s for a mixed table
For a group where one person wants pizza and another wants pasta, Café Panuzzo’s is the flexible pick. A 16-inch cheese is $18.99 on both the lunch and dinner menus. The same cheese pizza is $10.99 for a 10-inch and $15.99 for a 14-inch. For a meat-free pie, the 16-inch vegetarian is $25.99 with peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella. The Bianca is another distinct choice at $20.99 for a 16-inch: garlic, tomatoes, basil, ricotta, and mozzarella, no red sauce.
Lunch has useful slice pricing. A single large cheese slice is $2.99, and two cheese slices plus a small house or Caesar salad runs $9.99. If you’re coming later, a quick call to 407-977-2116 settles it. On the dinner side, the eggplant Parmesan is $18.99, giving a non-pizza person a real plate.
Café Panuzzo’s is open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., closed Sunday. The homepage posts an October 31, 2026, early close at 7:30 p.m. and lists Thanksgiving as closed. You’ll find it at 1003 Lockwood Blvd. in Oviedo.
Cucinella’s for carryout or delivery
Cucinella’s is the carryout-and-delivery-only option. There’s no dine-in. If you want a large New York-style pie to bring home, the 18-inch cheese is $17.99, and the 12-inch cheese is $11.99. A regular topping on the 18-inch adds $3.49, or $2.25 on the 12-inch. The Margherita is the distinct choice at $22.99 for an 18-inch: olive oil, garlic, parmesan, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, with red sauce optional. That’s the one I’d order when carryout is the plan and I want something more composed than plain cheese.
Ordering is by phone at 407-890-9000. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., closed Monday and Tuesday. Delivery begins at 4 p.m., with a $20 food minimum within 7 miles and a $25 minimum for the Geneva/Chuluota area up to 9 miles. Cucinella’s is at 254 N. Division St. in Oviedo.
Backstreet Pizza & Pub for the combo
Backstreet Pizza & Pub is the pickup for pizza plus wings. The posted Dinner Combo runs daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.: an 18-inch cheese pizza, 10 wings, and garlic knots for $38.99. It’s a dine-in, takeout, and local delivery spot, open daily 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The mailing address is 1949 CR 419, Suite 1261, Oviedo, FL 32765, and the phone is 407-542-1199.
What changes the actual total
Menu prices are the starting point, not the checkout total. Here’s a quick example I’d run before calling Cucinella’s: an 18-inch cheese is $17.99, and one regular topping adds $3.49, so a one-topping 18-inch is $21.48 before tax. Tax and a delivery fee if you’re not picking up can nudge that number up, so I’d treat posted prices as the base layer.
Sizes make direct comparisons tricky. An 18-inch Cucinella’s pie and a 13-inch Mister O1 star pie aren’t the same unit.
Gluten-free and vegetarian notes worth knowing
Vegetarian is not vegan. A vegetarian pizza can still carry mozzarella and ricotta. For a vegetarian pick, Café Panuzzo’s vegetarian pie is $14.99 (10-inch), $21.99 (14-inch), or $25.99 (16-inch) with peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella. At Mister O1, the Star Michele at $20.99 is the vegetable-first version of the star shape.
For gluten-free, Mister O1 posts a 13-inch gluten-free vegan crust substitution for $3.99, but it excludes the small and star-shaped sizes. A vegan cheese add-on is $2.99, and that swap doesn’t strip the ricotta or salami from a Star Luca. The restaurant’s linked food menu also notes the kitchen is not 100% gluten-free. Café Panuzzo’s has a 10-inch gluten-free crust for an additional $2, with a menu note that it’s made in a kitchen that contains gluten.
If gluten, dairy, or any ingredient is a medical concern, call the restaurant and ask about your specific requirements before ordering.
Where to go from here
If you want to compare these pizza spots against the rest of the local dinner scene, the other Oviedo dinner choices guide covers more than pizza. For extra details on two of the restaurants here, check the Mister O1 local listing or the Café Panuzzo’s local listing. And if you’re still undecided, you can browse the restaurant directory to see what else Oviedo has within reach.
